PKR500 Terms and Conditions

By accessing, browsing or using the PKR500 platform — whether through a web browser, mobile device or any other means — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the entire agreement between you and PKR500 regarding your use of the platform. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on PKR500. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed with balances forfeited.

When registering you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. PKR500 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login details. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you should contact support immediately.

PKR500 may carry out identity verification at any time. This could include requesting a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address or payment method verification documents. Accounts may be restricted while verification is pending.

Bank transfers take one to three business days.

PKR500 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. If you request a withdrawal to a payment method that attracts third-party charges, those charges will be borne by you.

Before processing a withdrawal, PKR500 may request identity verification documents. This is standard practice and is required to protect players against fraud and unauthorised withdrawals. Providing requested documents promptly will avoid delays to your withdrawal.

Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods that do not belong to the account holder. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third party's account will result in the withdrawal being declined and a review of the account.

PKR500 runs promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to events like the Pakistan Super League or T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which you should read before claiming.

General bonus rules that apply unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have fully verified their account.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, household or shared device.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are used after real money funds unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus or associated winnings not claimed or wagered within the stated period will be removed from the account automatically.
• Certain game types may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate to bonus wagering requirements. Check individual promotion terms for details.

Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using automated tools to meet wagering requirements or exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.

Sports bets placed on PKR500 are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market. Cricket, PSL, T20 and other markets each have their own settlement rules governing how bets are graded in the event of interruptions, weather delays, match cancellations or other unusual circumstances.

Key general betting rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds cannot be changed.
• PKR500 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a system or pricing error has occurred. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• In-play bets are subject to slight delays. Live odds can change rapidly and the accepted price may differ from what was displayed when you clicked to place the bet.
• Maximum win limits apply and are displayed in the betting rules section of the platform. Wins exceeding the stated limit may be reduced to the maximum payout.

• Threatening, harassing or abusing PKR500 staff or other players through any channel.

PKR500 uses fraud detection and account monitoring systems to identify suspicious patterns. Accounts flagged by these systems may be temporarily restricted pending manual review. PKR500 will communicate the outcome of any review to the affected account holder within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your PKR500 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

PKR500 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a specified timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, PKR500 may withhold some or all of the account balance at its discretion, subject to applicable legal requirements. PKR500 will notify the account holder of the reason for closure where it is lawful to do so.

Continued use of the platform following notification of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept any changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the revised terms take effect.
